• Repair bookings and job cards: your name, mobile number, address and landmark, the device and what is wrong with it. When you hand over or collect a device we may note its condition, take photos of it and ask for your signature.
• Tracking a repair: the job card number or mobile number you type, only to find your job.
• Online store account: your email address, name and mobile number, the delivery addresses you use and your orders. If you choose Continue with Google, Google tells us your name and email address; we never see your Google password.
• Payments: online payments are made on Razorpay's secure page. We receive the payment reference, the amount and the method (for example UPI or card), never your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Messages and calls: what you tell us when you call or WhatsApp us.

• To repair, deliver, install and support what you asked for, and to call or message you about it.
• To send sign-in codes, order confirmations, tracking updates and invoices by email.
• To make GST invoices and keep the business records Indian law requires.

We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Only the people and services needed to do the job:

• Razorpay, to take online payments and give refunds.
• Couriers (DTDC or The Professional Couriers), who get the name, address and phone number on a parcel they deliver.
• Google, only if you choose Continue with Google to sign in.
• Our technology providers, who run the website and send our emails for us: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email). Your details are stored on their servers in Singapore.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it (for example GST invoices).

• A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in to the store, and a short-lived one checks a Continue with Google sign-in.
• Your colour choice (dark or light) is saved in a cookie.
• Your bag and delivery PIN code are saved in your own browser so they are there when you come back.

We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

Your store account stays until you ask us to delete it. Invoices, job cards and the records behind them are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.

• See or correct your details: your store account page shows your orders and saved addresses, and you can remove an address there.
• Ask us to delete your account or details, or to stop contacting you: call or WhatsApp 70191 06741. We will do it, apart from the records the law says we must keep.
• Sign out of the store at any time from your account page.

Our online store is for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
